How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I ordered two bottles of „in love” in may. My intention was to finally fully let go of my ex.
Which I managed through a lot of grief that came up the first month of taking it.
What I didnt expect was for me to meet a wonderful man when I was almost done with the second bottle. I of course dont know if it will last but its a really deep relationship. A lot of things are present that I have been longing for as long as I can remember. We sit with anything that is coming up no matter how hard the challenges are. I’ve done 2 bottles of Wholehearted and 2 bottles of In Love back to back. I feel like sooo much cleared out with Wholehearted and on my last week of In Love, my heart cracked open. I felt so spiritually connected. I have wanted to find love again after heartbreak but I felt like I finally found it within. I’m on my second bottle because the first one leaked all over my purse but I think I got a third of the way through it but there was a gap of a few weeks until i ordered again and as soon as I started taking this I had a miracle happen.
