How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Alcohol-free
Kids Remedies are Alcohol free and are sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I use First Aid Kit and other Alexis Smart remedies myself—they have become one of the first things I reach for when I need support. We’re at 3+ months of our baby being in the NICU and our son has experienced a few very traumatic events + the general stress of the environment here, so I decided it couldn’t hurt to try the kids version of FAK since he has become so reactive to all of the stimulation that goes along with living in the NICU. While we have made a few changes to support his comfort, I have noticed a different level of nervous system regulation and he is resting much more. I believe this remedy is definitely playing a role and I’m so grateful to see him much more comfortable and regulated after such a difficult start to his life.

My son was born extremely premature, 24 weeks. He experienced a significant amount of trauma while in the nicu. When we finally were able to bring him home, I started giving him first aid kit to help him process the trauma he suffered. It made all the difference. The adult remedies work extremely well for me. Wasn't totally sure if it was helping my baby with teething difficulties. Sometimes it did seem to calm her down and other times she continued to cry... teething pain is pretty intense so I'd be curious to try this remedy for other things when my kid is older

I love the First Aid Kit! I first started using this with my first child and now I have 3! I've used it for teething the most, which hands down is the best remedy, but we did airplane travel for the first time and I gave some to everybody to help soothe any nerves!
