How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I took this remedy amidst a lot of change, and I wanted to feel supported from the inside out. But this has helped in so many unexpected ways too - mostly to do with foundations. Not only does this remedy make you feel so safe and supported but the first time in my life I opened up a savings account, on the next bottle I opened another for a house deposit too - things I’ve never done before. I’ve always been someone who loves month to month and I’ve never been able to motivate myself to save and it was such a wonderful feeling and now I feel such a real safety net beneath me and I can’t wait to see where else it takes me!

This is exactly what I need to look behind the curtain and lots of underlying beliefs that I have been so afraid to look at. I’ve been taking safe and sound for 3 months and it’s been a game changer in terms of feeling safe to express my emotions and letting go, it really addressed the root cause of a wired nervous system (since childhood) Interestingly a rotated hip that I’ve lived with since my teenage years have started to release as well as other somatic things like (anemia, brain fog) clearing up without any meds or supplements. Many moments during my day I now ‘drop in’ to my body and instead of just bouncing away into ‘do’ mode I now have the courage to actually stay and just be and enjoy the now. This has been such a gift!
