How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Id been a bit resistant to take SP for months even though it was a well-suited remedy by definition. I was afraid I would end up having to let go of a bunch of things in my life or something to pursue some purpose that became clearer, lol. But actually, this is the perfect remedy — it’s reconnecting me to my own magic, my own pursuits that excite me (and I’d been feeling disconnected from for a LONG time), inspiring me to pursue jobs that are a better fit and give me more, and actually giving me drive and momentum to act on my ideas and passions (when the previous months I’ve been so in inertia and overwhelm). I've taken several remedies over the past few years, including In Love, and all had great results but was drawn to Soul Purpose a few months ago for some reason. I had been calling in a partnership for awhile and was not sure what my block was. (I also have done To Be Magnetic work which I know was helpful!)
After taking this remedy for just one bottle I manifested my soulmate. I believe it helped me get clear on what I really wanted in a relationship and cleared out fears or doubts I had. It's almost 8 months later and it's such a beautiful partnership. I genuinely couldn't ask for more.

I’ve been on a new remedy for the last five months so maybe it’s a culmination but I just finished this bottle after Gretchen suggested it even though I didn’t even want to take it, I had weird resistance so I knew I needed to go forward with it. Day one- magically applied for and got a dream job out of state, in literally one day. Then over the last month my soul purpose revealed itself and I wasn’t even consciously looking. And now I am on the correct path I feel for the first time without any doubts.

This sounds hyperbolic but I must be honest, this remedy is life-changing. When I am on it, way more synchronicities occur, people seem to come out of the woodwork to help me in various ways, etc. I've written this on other reviews but the remedies are subtle, it takes 3-4 weeks and then suddenly I'll stop and look around at my life and it's filled with things that give me a stronger sense of purpose and make me fulfilled. It's not always the things I expect, either. I am currently on a second course of this remedy and considering taking it consistently for a year just to see what happens...? I am sometimes embarrassed because I don't know how these remedies work and the skeptic in me doesn't want to believe it but they work so well... if it wasn't an insane, expensive, codependent thing to do I'd buy them for everyone I know. I encourage everyone to get on this remedy ASAP
