How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Something fun that is happening on Unburdened. I have been approached by two guys in the last two days walking my dog downtown. I’m just walking along jamming to music and they are like “what’s up” 😂 Unburdened is the love magnet 🧲

I’ve been taking Unburden for 3 days and have already felt the tension release in my upper shoulders. I am also noticing my body releasing stress by tears. I used to think that all tears were heart related and now I know that some were the stress in body coming through to be released. I’m also learning that I currently have an anxious attachment style and I already feel detached from any outcomes and no longer feel a sense of urgency when it come to relationships. I’ll report back after the 90 days 🙌

This was a heavy lifter for me. So transformative. Unburden helped me feel freer and lighter in so many aspects - energetically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and even physically. So many blocks uncovered and so much expansion. It also worked as a catalyst to find the right tools, books, and messages and to allow me to be present enough in my body to *really* let these messages integrate.
