How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

The biggest thing I noticed almost immediately was that my worries during night time stopped almost at once. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and felt a bit panicked with the heart racing. Then I would lay in bed searching for all answers my doctors do not know and that could be for hours. After taking The Remedy, I have not slept so well for a long time.. (Relaxing). When I have been upset and taken extra droplets, I have felt I could let it go. Small things that come my way do not seem to bother me as much any longer. (Patience) Somehow I do not feel the same uncertainty for the outcome of my prognosis. This remedy I found to be very gentle - essential I think, for someone going through such upheaval… The main thing I noticed was that it stopped the chatter, the “what ifs” or ruminating on upcoming tests. I’d take it and notice a thought start to bubble up and then it would just stop and there was stillness… I now have a really strong sense of wanting to let go, move forward, be brave and creative.

I’ve noticed an overall sense of calmness regarding my diagnosis now when before everything was just so tense and stressful and constant. My primary focus isn’t “it could come back” but more so “I am healed now”. Another amazing part was my sleep is so deep!
