Pick the formula that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have.
I recommended you stay the same formula for 30-90 days (1-3 bottles back to back). The rule is that the longer you have had an issue, the longer the treatment is. For example, if you are temporarily overloaded with work and need some motivation, one bottle of My Personal Assistant is enough. For longstanding issues, longterm trauma or grief, panic or stuck emotions, I like to do a 60-90 day program (2-3 bottles back to back).

Maybe two weeks into taking Expanded I started to feel a lot more calm and at ease with where I am in my life (and there's a lot of uncertainty at the moment). I've felt more comfortable attending social events, even solo. I also feel like my self-talk has been a lot kinder, less shame spiraling. I've got my creative energy back and I'm launching a new direction in my career. I’ve taken MANY Alexis Smart tinctures (at least 12 different ones!) but this one probably has to be one of my favourites! This is the third time I’m taking Expanded in the span of 3 years. The first time I took it I got pregnant. The other times I’ve taken it I feel like I’ve stepped into an expansive portal and quantum leaped exponentially! This tincture is beyond powerful and one of my favourites to recommend to people. ✨

I have just finished my second round and am going to go for month three with this remedy I immediately had a release of tears in the on the first day of taking it. I have used other remedies as well, the most potent including Unblocked many times and Love and on the last day of using it I went on a date with my now boy friend which was 2 1/2 years ago! The Expanded remedy has been an enormous support during this period of my life. As a highly sensitive person I feel so lucky to have these remedies at my finger tips. Expanded works incredibly well for me every time. I think it works even better than microdosing mushrooms. It elevates my energy and thinking. I use it as an accompaniment to my work with To Be Magnetic and was recently featured as a Process guest on their podcast after using several AS flower remedies.
