How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I've used FAK for a long time in acute situations of anxiety or shock, as the label suggests, and it works shockingly well. Unlike a xanax, prescription drugs, or a weed gummy, none of which I use anymore since I'm breastfeeding, it's more subtle-- I can still feel my thoughts and feelings, yet it seems to instantly, gently, calm down my nervous system, especially when taken every 15 mintues. Last year during the LA fires I was so glad I had stocked up, especially when I had to drive my whole family through a fire zone, with no traffic lights. I recently discovered a new use of FAK-- at this very moment I'm sitting at my computer battling a virus (as a toddler Mom I'm struck down by lots of viruses all the time, some of them really intense). A couple of days ago, I got hit with this killer cold going around LA. I started taking FAK every hour from the moment I felt sick, and went from shaking with fever to being somewhat okay 24 hours later. It's so strange... I'm sweaty, but suddenly okay. What?? I am going to keep taking it for the next few days. I'm convinced FAK is a freaky cure-all and plan to stock up again. Just having it in my medicine cabinet makes me feel supported. <3

I love all of Alexis’s products and FAK is my staple. I love the minis to fit in my purse or diaper bag and have multiple of the bottles in our home. This remedy is a must in our household and has helped my family and I with a multitude of issues.
