How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Hi Alexis I have been wanting to tell you how moon river is changing my life !! I started my 2nd bottle this week, I am in the menopausal portal and was having intense hot flashes that were badly disrupting my sleep..

This is my first time trying flower remedies. I have experienced long cycles for many years (33-40 days) and usually wouldn’t ovulate until as late as day 28. I began taking this around day 12 and ovulated somewhere by day 17-19, which I don’t think has ever happened! I’m excited to try other remedies by Alexis after this!

A few years ago, I was struggling a lot with PMS. Over the span of 6 months, my symptoms started getting worse every month. I was almost fainting from the pain, vomiting—it was unbearable. For one or two days each month, I wasn’t able to work or do anything. The doctor I visited recommended that I go to a center specialized in treating endometriosis. I already had a bad feeling about it, which was only confirmed by the negative reviews I found online from women saying their symptoms had gotten even worse. I started looking for alternative solutions and stumbled upon your remedies. I took 1.5 bottles of Moon River (I saved the other half for later) and went from having horrible periods to pain-free, regular ones. Several times, I was surprised when I noticed I had started bleeding because I hadn’t had any cramps.
This year, about a year and a half after taking Moon River, I started having some pain again during my period. Not as bad as it used to be, but bad enough to vomit from the pain and stay home from work for a day.
