How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I loooved working with this remedy during Virgo season, and a season of life with a seemingly never ending to do list. Feeling on top of my game and able to whistle while I work! Even the ritual of reminding myself of those intentions when I take the remedy is helpful, though I’ve been converted from a skeptic to a believer after my second bottle of flower essences. They work for me!

It is still fascinating to me that these remedies WORK! I had taken Wallflower for two months & experienced the positive benefits of it. Was feeling lethargic & generally unmotivated so I decided to give My Personal Assistant a try. And, I genuinely experienced a noticeable change in my mental and physical energy levels. ...on a subtle but profound level. I got eager to try another remedy so I only used MPA for one month. I feel like I have been perpetually tired for as long as I can remember and at least since I first suffered from burn out and adrenal fatigue in 2013. I've taken multiple remedies and always had amazing results. I started taking My Personal Assistant for the first time because I was feeling unmotivated, tired and like I couldn't get out of my own way. For the first time I can remember, I have SO much energy and focus - to the point of almost not being able to sleep because I just don't feel tired. The most surprising part is half way through taking MPA I found out I was pregnant and still feel energised (comparatively I was exhausted my first trimester of my first pregnancy). I cannot believe the difference!
