How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I just finished my first bottle of soul purpose and ..wow.. thank you for pushing me to try it. I needed that nudge of you telling me not to be afraid. I remember feeling scared before I started the remedy, wondering if I would question all of my life choices, realize everything was wrong, and then feel even more trapped in my life than I already felt.
It ended up being incredibly gentle as you said, and has started to push me in the direction I feel is “right” for me. Over the course of the month, I kept getting pings that I need to start my own business! I’m not sure what that is yet, but approaching it with curiosity instead of anxiety. What a beautiful remedy, it really worked so incredibly, better than I could have imagined. I was also a bit skeptical of taking the glycerin formula instead of the regular brandy one, but with everything I felt, all so subtly but powerfully, I don’t doubt the efficacy of the alcohol-free version, either!

I’ve been taking Soul Purpose for the past two weeks and I finally feel like myself after years of being in a mode of trying to see where I fit in. I felt a grounded feeling in my stomach in the first few days of taking it. I’m getting soft nudges of wisdom on certain areas of my life that lacked self confidence. This beautiful remedy feels like a soft and gentle nudge in the right direction, so faint at first but gradually builds up to a deep knowing. After an incredibly...let's say transformation year where I felt I had lost all my anchors to everything I knew, this slowly brought me back home to myself. I am now almost finish re-training in a new subject that I am so passionate about and it was this little bottle that gave me the nudge to sign up after 9 months of procrastination. It helped me navigate a very tricky break-up and discover my core essence again. Been using your remedies for many years and it’s magic in beautiful bottles.
Ordered Soul Purpose about a month ago since I’ve felt stuck and lost. It’s been unbelievable. After a couple of days of taking it my yoga teacher asked me if I shouldn’t do the teacher’s training and come work at the studio. After 15 years of practicing it just lit up for me and I got accepted to the training in Thailand this summer (And got a bank loan approved to pay for the tuition, that I had been denied just half year ago for another purpose). Just as I’d signed up my fiancés flat that we’ve been trying to sell for six months with no luck got sold for a great price and we could buy our new place and move in together this fall. A couple of nights ago I dreamt I’d written a book, and I even remembered the title when I woke up. I think that’s next…
