How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

This sounds hyperbolic but I must be honest, this remedy is life-changing. When I am on it, way more synchronicities occur, people seem to come out of the woodwork to help me in various ways, etc. I've written this on other reviews but the remedies are subtle, it takes 3-4 weeks and then suddenly I'll stop and look around at my life and it's filled with things that give me a stronger sense of purpose and make me fulfilled. It's not always the things I expect, either. I am currently on a second course of this remedy and considering taking it consistently for a year just to see what happens...? I am sometimes embarrassed because I don't know how these remedies work and the skeptic in me doesn't want to believe it but they work so well... if it wasn't an insane, expensive, codependent thing to do I'd buy them for everyone I know. I encourage everyone to get on this remedy ASAP

I just finished my first bottle of soul purpose and ..wow.. thank you for pushing me to try it. I needed that nudge of you telling me not to be afraid. I remember feeling scared before I started the remedy, wondering if I would question all of my life choices, realize everything was wrong, and then feel even more trapped in my life than I already felt.
It ended up being incredibly gentle as you said, and has started to push me in the direction I feel is “right” for me. Over the course of the month, I kept getting pings that I need to start my own business! I’m not sure what that is yet, but approaching it with curiosity instead of anxiety. What a beautiful remedy, it really worked so incredibly, better than I could have imagined. I was also a bit skeptical of taking the glycerin formula instead of the regular brandy one, but with everything I felt, all so subtly but powerfully, I don’t doubt the efficacy of the alcohol-free version, either!

I’ve been taking Soul Purpose for the past two weeks and I finally feel like myself after years of being in a mode of trying to see where I fit in. I felt a grounded feeling in my stomach in the first few days of taking it. I’m getting soft nudges of wisdom on certain areas of my life that lacked self confidence. This beautiful remedy feels like a soft and gentle nudge in the right direction, so faint at first but gradually builds up to a deep knowing. After an incredibly...let's say transformation year where I felt I had lost all my anchors to everything I knew, this slowly brought me back home to myself. I am now almost finish re-training in a new subject that I am so passionate about and it was this little bottle that gave me the nudge to sign up after 9 months of procrastination. It helped me navigate a very tricky break-up and discover my core essence again.
