Pick the formula that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have.
I recommended you stay the same formula for 30-90 days (1-3 bottles back to back). The rule is that the longer you have had an issue, the longer the treatment is. For example, if you are temporarily overloaded with work and need some motivation, one bottle of My Personal Assistant is enough. For longstanding issues, longterm trauma or grief, panic or stuck emotions, I like to do a 60-90 day program (2-3 bottles back to back).

Just finished Unblocked and will be following it up with Expanded soon. Unblocked pushed the subconscious blocks I could not reach through other methods right to the surface and out of my system. It was agonizing to process but definitely worth it. I wish I had done it sooner actually. So grateful!

I have not taken the TBM course, but have done an immense amount of deep, transformative work on myself for over two decades. This blend unearthed some very core memories for me while doing internal family systems work. Parts that I haven't been able to get access to surfaced. So many things came up while on this remedy and I have to admit it was very uncomfortable at times because of how much I was being confronted with!
