Pick the formula that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have.
I recommended you stay the same formula for 30-90 days (1-3 bottles back to back). The rule is that the longer you have had an issue, the longer the treatment is. For example, if you are temporarily overloaded with work and need some motivation, one bottle of My Personal Assistant is enough. For longstanding issues, longterm trauma or grief, panic or stuck emotions, I like to do a 60-90 day program (2-3 bottles back to back).

This remedy was absolutely mind blowing for me. I just ended it yesterday and I am a different person. This was one that I was counting down the days for week 3 because I was so ready to break through the threshold of everything that was coming up. It was ROUGH but beautiful and necessary . Healing doesn’t always feel good, but it in the end it’s rewarding.
Really big abandonment, codependency, and heartbreak wounds surfaced while taking it. From my life as well as ancestrally. I cleared tons of emotional blocks. I set boundaries and distanced myself physically and energetically from things and people from my past and in my present. I received so much clarity on who I am. I took action on what I want. Making dietary changes and letting myself rest a ton.
I know we’re in a time of releasing anything that no longer serves us in rapid speed and I think Unblocked sped this process up 5x for me. Wow. Creativity, confidence, worth, self love, clarity - all of those, I feel. Music, as always, was a guiding force for me while on this remedy. The song that spoke to me the most was Kendrick Lamar’s “Mirror”. He says, “I choose me, I’m sorry” over and over again. Taking my power back, living in integrity, knowing it’s safe to choose me. It is strange that I am still not feeling much change - not as other formulas - but I can't ignore the number of people that have showed up in my life out of the blue this past week - 2 weeks into taking it.
One is a former boyfriend I have but met in 30 years turns out I live a broad and his wife is from here - he has been here few times over the years and yet we only met now and not been in touch - genuinely a fun reunion with no emotions other than wishing each other and our families well.
Organized a spontaneous get tougher with 4 girls that work in my same building and live in my building we met at work and commuting all the time finally organised with husbands drinks at home - fun
Slight more boundaries with sisters and my mom...still work to be done there

I am a huge fan of all things Alexis Smart, but I especially wanted to leave a review for this remedy (or portion as I call them!) because it has been so immensley helpful to me recently. This little remedy really does do all the heavy lifting in terms of bringing up all blockages and limiting beliefs to the surface to be dealt with and let go of, but it could not have felt further away from heaviness. It was so light and supportive and I found myself just having "aha!" after "aha!" moment to see where I was getting in my own way.
