How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I started taking my first bottle of WholeHearted during a really emotional breakup. I took another bottle a month after and it's just been so lovely. There have been hard emotions and a lot to process, but this remedy held me and I was able to work through things with grace and felt deep support and clarity from within myself. I wonder if I would have been the same throughout it all if I hadn't taken this remedy, but I really do feel like it gave me the support and strength I needed at the time.

During the first week I had a lot of dreams that made my realized about past traumas and even dreamt about people that played a big role in my life but I never got the chance to close the chapter with them.

I began taking Wholehearted about a week into taking Wallflower, as I felt called to it with all the grief that has been coming up.
I’ve taken Wallflower before, but this experience feels different. It’s really touching on past experiences of disrespect, and I’m finding that empowering thoughts are helping me navigate what’s surfacing. Today, I wrote a full page of thoughts and feelings that have been coming up, along with intentions around what I’m going to do differently as I move forward in a new way.

This is a really wonderful and supportive remedy. I’ve taken it a few times over the years and again very recently — it really helped me through a period of relationship stress and breakup to feel a lot more held and resilient even through grief, like having a hug in a bottle.
