How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I've always had higher than average anxiety, but it got worse during the years of covid to the point I was experiencing anxiety most places I went. I tried different modalities to heal but nothing stuck, so I decided to take Safe & Sound for 6 months straight to fully reset my nervous system. The difference in my anxiety before & after is profound! I feel like a completely different person. I noticed the biggest shift during the 3rd bottle, and I will say that with each bottle different layers of my anxiety came to the surface, but by the end of the bottle I felt as though I had released and healed that layer. I just finished taking one full bottle of this remedy. I’ve taken flower remedies before. And I have done a lot of inner and emotional work on myself for many years. But for some reason, I just couldn’t shake this feeling of being unsafe. There would always be some kind of anxiousness, worry and fear running in the background of my mind and in my body that things were going to collapse even when things were going well. It felt ancient in my body as though it wasn’t even mine. For the first 2 1/2 weeks on this remedy the unsafe sensations and thoughts came up pretty intensely. I even had experiences in my reality that reflected old patterns of when I have felt unsafe in the past that I hadn’t experienced in years. I honestly felt worse before I felt better. When I hit the three week mark I definitely had a breakthrough! There was a noticeable difference in my thoughts and how I felt in my body. I have found it easier to relax, be calm and unwind. I don’t feel as dysregulated. And things have been flowing to me so much more easily as well. I absolutely recommend this remedy! I will probably do a second bottle at some point again. Now I’m onto working with the remedy, Unburden.
