How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I originally bought this for a recent breakup of a 8 month long relationship, little did I know this aided me on such a deeper and more subtle level. I swear there was an energetic lift that happened after the first dose as I found myself crying and feeling peace.
Day 2 on this remedy my brother who I had a falling out with almost 3 years ago reached out, apologized and really stated he wants me back in his life. Even before you get to week three and feel its full effect, your vibration is already changing. So it's not just working on you by changing your vibration internally but also affects what is drawn to you from the outside. I am so grateful for these remedies. I did 4 bottles of Whole Hearted in recovery from a 7 year relationship with a true soul tie, and around bottle 2-3 I really did feel a lift in my grief, less intensity, and more peace. Whether placebo or not (though I do believe it's working on deep levels), it's been such a comfort in my healing journey to have Whole Hearted by my side.

This is the second time I’ve done wholehearted. Given what was happening in my life I was recommended a series of soul purpose, peaceful worrier and beauty formula (leaving a job without another fulltime in place). And while I plan to take those as well, I was drawn to put this one in my cart too. Call it intuition I don’t know.. but I viewed my quitting my job as a breakup, so perhaps that’s part of it. 2 or so weeks in, and similar to the first time I took, my heart feels like it’s cracked open and my dreams are vivid, symbolic and illuminating depths of some unresolved pain for me to look at. I felt tired immediately after taking it, and something does feel slightly heavy about it, but also really hopeful. Like I’m trudging through some deep feelings with this bottle so that I can shake off and move on to the soul purpose bottle. I feel like I’m exuding a different energy than I was 2 weeks ago. Whole Hearted was soft in its message. I spoke about things, losses, places, and people I missed. I come from a generation where we were not allowed the space to say how we felt; we just quickly accepted things as they were and rushed on, never looking back. We just held that sadness in our hearts and lungs. Tears softly flowed as I gave myself space to express myself. Wholehearted allowed the pause to feel what I missed and how I felt when in the presence of those I have lost physically. Whole Hearted is soft in its message.

Finished my first bottle of whole hearted (and my first ever flower remedy I’ve taken) last night. It was a wild ride of letting go of grief from my lifetime and the grief I inherited from my ancestors. I felt extremely guided through the process. I have been processing grief in different ways over the last 10 years but I feel ready to actually let go of it, get it out of my body and mind, and move on with my life. I think whole hearted is the perfect way to do this. I actually feel myself moving on from thoughts and feelings I’ve had my whole life. It was interesting the people that came up from my past in my dreams, social media feeds, and in real life. Every time I thought, oh you still need to let that hurt go with them.
