How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Wow, I am just short of 3 weeks into this powerful little remedy and I am already amazed at what's already started to happen. I initially took it to help combat some long term issues with body shame and just never really feeling attractive. I also have endometriosis so I always feel bloated and overweight. Within a day of this tonic, I found myself crying my eyes out about my boundaries being crossed and from there it is only gone upwards. I feel so much more love towards my figure and my body, I am far less critical and I have started to notice what's attractive about myself - and I've even started to lose some weight which never ever happens! and if all of that wasn't enough, I was chatted up twice this week which is hilarious because this never ever happens and I've been single since my last relationship which was a few years ago. I think I may have just found my new favorite formula!
I wanted to try No. 7 Gamine because I've been feeling lower confidence about my outward appearance for too long. My skin had been experiencing minor breakouts, and although I frequently move my body and eat what feels best for me, most of the time, I wasn't feeling as good in my body as I would like.
I noticed a shift within a few days of starting the formula. While subtle, I overall just felt more confident! I'm halfway through the bottle now, and I feel prettier, sassier, footloose, and fancy-free! One of my friends even said, "Your skin is amazing!" last week.

Gamine is such a cute little remedy. It makes you feel like a little child again. So fun and free and confident. I took 3 bottles noticed a huge clear up in my psoriasis. I started experimenting with my presentation - dress, nail care, hair care, makeup - trying to find what works so I feel confident. I had lots of emotions to clear on this remedy but it felt good to let that go and I feel lighter. I felt more creative and deep moments of joy I haven’t felt in years! Wow. Oh wow! I have used alexis’ formulas for 3 years and this one just helped me levitate. I have been dealing with shame and criticism from Childhood. Shame is such a heavy and painful block. I took this formula for a month and felt a release of energy in my stomach and the stress that I was holding in my upper shoulders and chest slowly subsided. I did shed a lot of tears on this formula and made sure to do regulating nervous system meditations to ground in my body. I’m more confident and do not compare myself to the others anymore. I’m 100% comfortable in my own skin. I’m now going to move on to sunshine because other emotions are revealing themselves.
