I just finished taking one full bottle of this remedy. I’ve taken flower remedies before. And I have done a lot of inner and emotional work on myself for many years. But for some reason, I just couldn’t shake this feeling of being unsafe. There would always be some kind of anxiousness, worry and fear running in the background of my mind and in my body that things were going to collapse even when things were going well. It felt ancient in my body as though it wasn’t even mine. For the first 2 1/2 weeks on this remedy the unsafe sensations and thoughts came up pretty intensely. I even had experiences in my reality that reflected old patterns of when I have felt unsafe in the past that I hadn’t experienced in years. I honestly felt worse before I felt better. When I hit the three week mark I definitely had a breakthrough! There was a noticeable difference in my thoughts and how I felt in my body. I have found it easier to relax, be calm and unwind. I don’t feel as dysregulated. And things have been flowing to me so much more easily as well. I absolutely recommend this remedy! I will probably do a second bottle at some point again. Now I’m onto working with the remedy, Unburden.

I absolutely loved this, I took three bottles worth over three months and it unlocked safety in me that I didn’t think was possible. It’s not that it removed my anxieties or worries in the day to day, but rather gave me a deeper feeling of safety so I could do things I felt too scared of previously. It made me try so many new things and seek out experiences I had wanted for a long time. Helped massively with flight and travel anxiety, with understanding and finding an inner confidence in myself and my body, with taking part and saying yes to things I’d put off before. I am really grateful to have had it accompany on my summer and in taking the next steps in life after a lot of trauma/c-ptsd related struggles and avoidance. Amazing, amazing, amazing !!!!

I took this remedy amidst a lot of change, and I wanted to feel supported from the inside out. But this has helped in so many unexpected ways too - mostly to do with foundations. Not only does this remedy make you feel so safe and supported but the first time in my life I opened up a savings account, on the next bottle I opened another for a house deposit too - things I’ve never done before. I’ve always been someone who loves month to month and I’ve never been able to motivate myself to save and it was such a wonderful feeling and now I feel such a real safety net beneath me and I can’t wait to see where else it takes me!
