I have recently finished my second bottle of Sunshine and I am so so grateful for this magical, life changing remedy. Sunshine, like all Alexis Smart flower remedies, has been a powerful ally on my healing journey and has helped to illuminate + begin to shift deeply rooted patterns around what I know about my own happiness, and the sources of both my grief and my joy. It has not been a strait line, as healing never is, and Sunshine, somewhat uncomfortably, brought me right to the center of some depression I had been wading through for a while.
