How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I love all of Alexis's remedies. They are magic in a bottle. Over the years, I've come to learn to expect the unexpected and though I choose a remedy for particular symptoms, the unraveling is never what I imagine it to be. For Sunshine, I was experiencing a prolonged bout of heaviness. Not only dark night of the soul vibes, but also apathy. Apathy is not common for me, and when it wouldn't lift, I brought in Sunshine. I always journal, but when I start a new remedy I make sure to mark the start date and the completion. I completed Sunshine in a little over a month. I find with these remedies, for me, it's not immediate relief, as things tend to get worst and heightened before they get better. Which of course is a necessary process. I had a lot of revelations, shedding, awakenings in the month. Everything from being able to move into a backbend one week and a headstand the next--I'm 40 and it's something I haven't been able to do since my pre-teens--to receiving an exceptionally important download about where I receive my main Source energy from and how it moves in my energetic body. During Sunshine, I was called to literally bring in the sunshine by sunbathing in the backyard a few times a week to listening to the Age of Aquarius song and "Let the sunshine in." (It also happened to be Aquarius season!) I live in Northern Vermont where it can get very gray, especially in the winter. I swear whenever I take this my mood elevates within a few hours, and I really notice a huge shift after about three days of daily use. This tincture is quite literally sunshine in a bottle!

So I’ve done ☀️️ a couple times a while back, and it released many tears…so needless to say, not one I was itching to run to again. Yet, as of late, the apathy has been getting real real, so I bought ☀️️ again (and of course after thinking it wasn’t doing anything toward the end of bottle) I just finished it and I’m feeling singsongy and wanting to paint again… working out is great. Feeling light and hopeful! Etc..

I wanted to share with you that someone I have known well for a few years pulled me aside yesterday to tell me that I have been a pleasure to work with over the last month. He is aware of my depression and mood swings, despite my best efforts to tuck them away. He told me that whatever I am doing, it seems to be working. I hadn't mentioned anything to him about the essences. A very big thank you to you... I really can't tell you enough what a huge relief it is not to have such depressing thoughts everyday.
