How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Alcohol-free
Kids Remedies are Alcohol free and are sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

A few year ago when my son was 6 and started experiencing some fears and anxiety I purchased Kids Magic Shield. I noticed a massive change within the first week! By 3 weeks he was completely free of his looping fears. Now he is almost 9 and some fears have started to resurface for him, especially at bedtime. I started with the flower essence again, and again it has wildly changed his experience! Now he actually asks for it when fears comes up, and says that it helps him so much! We saw such a shift with our 4 y/o son using Magic Shield. He was extremely scared of going to swim class and would spend the lesson crying in my arms. We were in the process of canceling the class series when I started giving him Magic Shield and within 1-2 weeks he went from avoiding class to JUMPING into the pool. He felt SO proud of himself! I wanted to share with you - my kids love the Magic Shield. It has become part of our nightly ritual. They are both older, 14 and 10, but my youngest has had a problem with night terrors. They aren't nightmares, but terrors, almost as if he is moving through another time or something. We can actually speak to him and he communicates with us, but he is stuck in this dream space. Anyway, he has not had one night terror since adding Magic Shield in to the nightly ritual here. Thank you again!
