How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I am 3 weeks in and starting to feel like myself again. It is a welcomed experience and my sleep has improved.

So I bought this remedy initially because I am on the Mirena Coil for Endometriosis and I wanted to have it removed but was worried about the symptoms, so I thought this might ease my way into it, but the changes I've been feeling this last week are so unexpected and mind-blowing that I really wanted to share.
As someone who is probably more in their "masculine" energy most of the time, go-getter (Mars in Aries if you like astrology), this remedy has well and truly rooted me in my feminine energy and I cannot tell you how magnetic I feel, so peaceful, calm and balanced - I actually can't believe it. You take something for a physical issue but find that you are healing on a much deeper, spirit level. When you are back in harmony with your self, it's natural to feel beautiful, relaxed and magnetic. So any formula has the potential to do this if it's. match to your feelings.
