How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

This is not my first Alexis Smart Remedy. And, I wholeheartedly recommend all that I've used over the past couple years - Wallflower, My Personal Assistant and I Quit. I don't know why I waited so long to try this First Aid Kit, however, it is Amazing! It truly does work quickly. I've used it in times when my anxiety and reactivity gets heightened, to combat emotional triggers or stressful situations...be it environment, circumstances, people, whatever...and I typically only have to do 4 drops to notice myself calming down. Sometimes I do a second round 10 minutes later but often forget because I'm already back to okay. Rarely have I taken a third round of drops. It is like a little miracle to me. I really am amazed. My system clearly responds well to whatever magic is in this little botte. Thank You, AS Remedies :)

I used to have a big problem on airplanes. Any time there was turbulence, I would cry and freak out automatically. I felt like I had no control over the reaction and it made flying really terrifying.
After about 3 months taking First Aid Kit as part of my daily routine, I had another flight to take. The landing wound up being super bumpy. Imagine my surprise when I all of a sudden realized that I wasn't crying AT ALL. I didn't love what was happening, but I found myself rolling with it and actually laughing, the way you might do on an amusement park ride! I even had enough calm in me to reassure the person sitting next to me, and make jokes with everyone around me. I was able to be much more present and just be in my seat, handling what was happening with a greatly increased inner confidence. MAGICAL!
This is my most dramatic example of the wonders of First Aid Kit, but I've also had much success taking it for work and life anxiety, or to help calm my nerves before a big event.
My boyfriend also takes First Aid Kit during times of stress and has felt the benefits as well - to the point where sometimes he'll triumph in a difficult work task and we'll both say out loud - "First Aid Kit!" :)

I took First Aid along with In Love to manage all the pain coming up. I was also starting a new job and First Aid calmed my nerves. It allowed me to fall asleep at night and I noticed immediate energy shifts in my stomach. I would definitely recommend!
