How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

This was a heavy lifter for me. So transformative. Unburden helped me feel freer and lighter in so many aspects - energetically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and even physically. So many blocks uncovered and so much expansion. It also worked as a catalyst to find the right tools, books, and messages and to allow me to be present enough in my body to *really* let these messages integrate. I also found strength and compassion to resolve/embrace some family dynamics that I had been working on for years. Took this on Alexis’s recommendation as someone who was constantly anxious around relationships and always pushing too hard and doing too much. I went on unburden last month after having to care for a sick family pet, move into a new house, and help care for my brother AND brother-in-law in recovery. It has been a massive help but the thing I wasn't expecting was the lifting of the "feeling way too much when witnessing others suffering". Because that absolutely happened. Wow! Unburden has been incredible. I started taking it while waiting for my third bottle of In Love, unsure how long the order would take. In the past 21 days, it helped uncover a past trauma I thought I had already dealt with, which I was able to release during an EMDR session. Since then, I feel like a huge weight has lifted—something that was blocking love and intimacy is gone, and now I feel completely renewed. I've never been this calm about everything I’m juggling.
