I felt so stressed and overwhelmed by everything going on emotionally that I could have easily chosen four different essences. I felt completely stuck, unable to decide what I needed, while juggling being a mom to a one-year-old and renovating a house.

I found myself planning to order one remedy, then changing my mind, researching another, and repeating the whole process over and over again. To make matters worse, the remedies I kept considering seemed to keep selling out in the European online store I usually order from.

I’ve taken unburden a couple times over the years, especially around transitions like moving. It’s not only helping take the pressure off me as I start a new job and move myself to a new place, but it also I believe is helping clear a bad breakout I got for like the last 1.5 months (and I hadn’t had a breakout in years, let alone this bad), which could have come up with a lot of stress and detox leaving a relationship and processing grief.
