How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Strangely this remedy caused my face to breakout majorly. I typically have very clear skin so this is very odd... I feel it also gave me more body positivity. I just wish I wasn't battling this skin purge! Probably won't use this one again but have had luck with others.

I appreciate all feedback. It is not uncommon for a breakout to happen when cleansing, as toxins are pushed out. It doesn't usually last that long and afterwards the skin is quite glowing. I absolutely adore this formula. I've bought it many times, as it makes you feel radiant and glowy from the inside. All of Alexis' formulas are pure magic, but this is a special one that's great if you need a boost to feel your most beautiful self.

I started using this formula with zero expectations but have experienced such profound shifts - my sister gifted me a bottle after witnessing my increasing struggles with low self esteem in relation to my appearance (not something I have ever historically struggled with, however after a decade working in the fashion industry surrounded by unattainable standards of beauty, my self confidence had been gradually eroded). I’ve struggled with skin issues most of my life. One of them, I’ve been most self conscious about is vitiligo and where I have the discoloration. After taking this remedy, it changed the way I viewed my uniqueness. I started to accept and love all of myself for the body I was given. I’ve been on beauty #7 for two weeks and the one theme I am processing through is relationships. The first thought about relationships was in the the first week when I thought about what happened in my divorce and accepted that it was not okay. The second thought was last weekend when I missed my ex from a few years back and the third was that I told off an off an ex from decades ago in a dream last night. This is my second time around taking this formula and it is definitely releasing at another level this time around.
