Pick the formula that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have.
I recommended you stay the same formula for 30-90 days (1-3 bottles back to back). The rule is that the longer you have had an issue, the longer the treatment is. For example, if you are temporarily overloaded with work and need some motivation, one bottle of My Personal Assistant is enough. For longstanding issues, longterm trauma or grief, panic or stuck emotions, I like to do a 60-90 day program (2-3 bottles back to back).

I was advised to take Wholehearted, In Love & Expanded, in that order. Wholehearted created peace, In Love aided in self respect, but Expanded has been a swing/miss.

Maybe two weeks into taking Expanded I started to feel a lot more calm and at ease with where I am in my life (and there's a lot of uncertainty at the moment).
