How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

After seeing this [Alexis’ instagram story] I gave my bf Gelsemium 30C from my Helios basic 36 kit and it stopped his shaking chills. He lost a friend this week and he felt like he was coming down with something then woke up with the uncontrollable shaking that went with his breathing, as though fever but not. And then it lessened within ten minutes and he was able to get up. He doesn’t feel sick anymore either. I had given him FAK while I tried to figure out what to do, I almost gave him Aconite 30C which is a go-to for me but it didn’t feel right so I regrouped. Honestly if I hadn’t seen your story I would’ve done the Aconite, but Gelsemium was a better fit. The emotions were coming out in shaking, and he was legit getting sick, we’d been sneezing. I truly cannot thank you enough! The staphisagria worked like a gem. I am still in shock as to how it healed so quickly. I’m someone that would get stys and my last one I had for 6 weeks and had to get surgically removed so I was beyond ecstatic to see taking this remedy stopped it from forming completely. So grateful for your work!!!

I don't have the kit yet so this is instead a review of Alexis as a homeopath. Alexis recommended specific remedies for both me and my mom. My mom had the flu months prior and still had a lingering cough that wouldn't go away (along with a lot of stress). She took the remedy that Alexis recommended, and the next day her cough was gone and never came back. I was about to travel for the holidays and felt the start of cold symptoms. I've been dealing with minor recurring illnesses for the past few years and was worried I would be sick again on my trip. Not only did I not get sick (while everyone around me was sniffling and sneezing), I haven't gotten sick again yet! Excited to get the kit now. Alexis is an amazing healer.

Fun kit. I use it regularly and the remedies work great. Arnica, Chamomila, Phosphorus and Belladona are my staples.
