How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

This is exactly what I need to look behind the curtain and lots of underlying beliefs that I have been so afraid to look at. I’ve been taking safe and sound for 3 months and it’s been a game changer in terms of feeling safe to express my emotions and letting go, it really addressed the root cause of a wired nervous system (since childhood) Interestingly a rotated hip that I’ve lived with since my teenage years have started to release as well as other somatic things like (anemia, brain fog) clearing up without any meds or supplements. Many moments during my day I now ‘drop in’ to my body and instead of just bouncing away into ‘do’ mode I now have the courage to actually stay and just be and enjoy the now. This has been such a gift!

I'm only on Day 21 of this remedy, but I wanted to sing its praises already.
I had no idea how much was hiding behind the gate of my fear.
All of a sudden, I find myself taking more chances in life, love, and career. I also find myself drawn toward books, teachers, and choices that are bringing me up into a brand new level of confidence, bravery, and achievement.
I feel like I'm reconnecting with the 12-year-old version of me who always felt so free to move forward and try new things.

I usually take medication for panic attacks but since taking Safe + Sound I’ve noticed a huge benefit.
Yesterday I felt a panic attack coming on and usually would take medication but I was able to deal with it and it went away from taking safe + sound and putting first aid Kit in some water during the situation.
It’s major for me and I’ve tried everything else from breathing exercises to visualizing and therapy but the remedies WORK.
