How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I had so much resistance to taking this remedy but it was probably one I needed the most. I started it after noticing some patterns of continuously not being met in romantic relationships and feeling like I'm often left to carry the emotional load. Almost immediately it was as if someone came into a dark house and flipped all the lights on. Although I had an sense of the patterns before, it became easier to navigate these experiences and hold my boundaries from a calm, compassionate and authentic place which just seemed to emerge with a lot of ease almost immediately. Alongside the immediate clarity, in all honesty, it was a very emotionally heavy few weeks of processing and I even came down with a cold for most of it which forced me to retreat and "mother myself" throughout which is the message that kept coming through. The experience brought up a layer of greif, especially around not being met in the ways I long to be, so I've since moved on to Whole Hearted but I'm very grateful for my first steps towards becoming "Unburdened". Something fun that is happening on Unburdened. I have been approached by two guys in the last two days walking my dog downtown. I’m just walking along jamming to music and they are like “what’s up” 😂 Unburdened is the love magnet 🧲

I’ve been taking Unburden for 3 days and have already felt the tension release in my upper shoulders. I am also noticing my body releasing stress by tears. I used to think that all tears were heart related and now I know that some were the stress in body coming through to be released. I’m also learning that I currently have an anxious attachment style and I already feel detached from any outcomes and no longer feel a sense of urgency when it come to relationships. I’ll report back after the 90 days 🙌

Love this formula. When I feel underwater, this is the one I order. After a few days on the formula life feels more manageable again. All the formulas are great. The trick is finding the right one for the right time.
