How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I took this formula for a month and felt a release of energy in my stomach and the stress that I was holding in my upper shoulders and chest slowly subsided. I did shed a lot of tears on this formula and made sure to do regulating nervous system meditations to ground in my body. I’m more confident and do not compare myself to the others anymore. I’m 100% comfortable in my own skin. I’m now going to move on to sunshine because other emotions are revealing themselves.

Started taking beauty formula no7 last Thursday and felt like I came down with the flu but it’s not. I’m releasing a lot of limiting beliefs I held about my body and myself due to chronic illness for the last two years. Yesterday I felt the most beautiful I have felt in these last couple of years.
