How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

If I can summarize my experience with Pathos it is "AMAZING". This is my second bottle of Flower Remedies. First I tried "I Will", but I took the online test and Pathos was recommended for me. So I decided to continue with Pathos. I've experienced dramatic changes, I don't feel burned out as before when I go to public or crowded events, I have a much better sleep quality (before I used to wake up a lot in the middle of the night) and also I have more vivid dreams. I feel more happy and positives in general. I also have to thank Gretchen the Remedy Helper, she recommended Pathos to me and also provided assistance (one of the bottles in my first online order was broken). In general, if you are burn out, tired, moody... Give Pathos a try and be at peace with the customer service of this brand. I am super grateful!!!!!!

I am about to finish my second bottle of this remedy and I ordered a third. It has really helped me function as I have been feeling so overwhelmed and having difficulty due to taking on everyone else's energy and the heaviness of everything. I took the remedy for 3 months (3 bottles) and it brought me so much peace, strength, very good skin and overall helped me stay grounded and centered during a breakup. Of course, as with any of these fabulous and magical remedies, there were many epiphanies along the way and I realized how often I was tuning into others and what I thought they would expect from me instead of listening to myself and my intuition. I've been using Pathos for two weeks now (only for two weeks!!), and it has had a wonderfully calming effect on me. In the past, I've tried PE and SS, which were also effective, but Pathos has truly helped me achieve a sense of balance and tranquility. It's been an incredible remedy. Additionally, since I started using Pathos, I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin. My rosacea has calmed down, and my skin appears more radiant. Thank you!
