How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Hi Alexis and team, I just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful work.
I was on Soul Purpose when a lot of old heartache came up and I felt called to go into wholehearted. This month has been so so gentle and I've smiled and laughed so much - even to myself on walks out that people probably thought I was high, yeah high on life. It's not that all is suddenly going perfectly in my life (which is normal) but it all feels more light-hearted. I'm going through some big wave of healing around romantic relationships, which comes down to parental relationships and wholehearted has really been such a soothing companion in this. I feel more at peace with myself and others, I feel happier than I've been for while and just more centered in my heart. Throughout I also had some grief come up but it came and went more gently, I could let it float through with more ease. I also feel more spaciousness in my chest physically and waaay less anxiety or a sort of phantom pain in my physical heartspace.
