This is the second time that I have taken Whole Hearted. A lot of hurt was coming up at the end of my bottle of Sunshine and I decided to change to Whole hearted. A lot of grief has been released and my heart feels like it is breaking. I know that emotions are breaking free and have been unattached to timeline of how things are unfolding in life. My face looks different and I have been able stick up for myself in dating. I had two guys that I have dated in the past reach out over the weekend. One was someone that I wanted to reconnect with but I no longer had their number. I’m planning on taking a second bottle of Whole Hearted and am excited to see what else is revealed & released.

I have been working through a very painful and unexpected breakup these past 4 months. Heartbreak like no other, I was shattered. After taking the first dose of Whole Hearted, almost immediately, I felt the sudden urge to cry, this happen after the second, third, and fourth dose. Now, almost a week in, I do feel different. Racing and intense thoughts are lessened and I have a new perspective on the past relationship, while still feeling grief, it is more manageable and not all consuming.
