I took a bit of a break from the remedies and have been feeling intuitively pulled to get back on one, but had no clear strong emotion to go after. Well, I had a bunch of things come up in the last month and have been majorly tested in security and safety in many different ways. Immediately ordered Safe & Sound (I’ve done a few bottles before) and My Personal Assistant as a lot of that fear coming up is preventing me from taking action/causing procrastination. While I wait for those to get here, I began finishing a half bottle I had saved of Whole Hearted to see if there was anything I was needing to release in the meantime and WOW! It was like a direct hit. The last couple of days have brought up major emotions since starting it. Melancholy, sadness, fear, existential crises. Absolutely the feeling of moving it out of my body, which requires actually feeling it. I'm so glad to have saved that half bottle to clear out what needs to be cleared and then I can move into S&S. Also thankful to have been on a journey with these remedies for so long that I can trust these feelings have a purpose and that it's okay. These remedies are magic, as I always always say. I have been using Alexis’s remedies since the day I found her in the goop newsletter, many years ago. They have always been so helpful for me, providing the subtle energetic shifts that I need to heal. I recently reached out to Alexis regarding my 5-year old son. He has been all of a sudden crying a lot, missing his dad (we are going through a complicated divorce) and his pets that have died. He has had a lot of trauma in his little life and it was so heartbreaking as a mother to watch.
