How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Ganesh was incredible. I think the most interesting thing I found was how much it balanced out my desperate/impulsive need to take actions that aren’t aligned with me. I thought i was going to be all Bam bam bam! Funny enough, I found myself saying - there’s no rush, it will happen, it will flow, I can let go, and trust the timing. The main area I was taking this for was my work. I work a job I don’t love and was feeling so frustrated, but after soul purpose and Ganesh, I noticed feeling relaxed about my job. I can notice what’s good, what I’m grateful for, and get through my day with grace (mostly ha.) Everything will come in perfect timing and I will know when it’s right to act. Definitely noticed the confidence boost, ability to set boundaries, and take better care of my health. Gracias always!!

This has officially become my favorite remedy.
I feel like Ganesh was made for me. I’ve been a people pleaser my entire life and I feel that I’m also very empathetic and easily take on others negative projections :/ Ganesh gives me so much power and confidence and helps me stand firm and love myself in a way I’ve never before. I even speak more clearly when I am on it, I stutter less and say stand up for myself. I feel like I could use this remedy forever. Every time I’m back on Ganesh I wonder why I would take anything else! It’s done so much for my self love and confidence. I just finished the bottle and been reflecting on how that month went. I got so much done! I felt more confident acting on my intuition and dreams and also I could hear my intuition so clearly. The biggest success is, that one of my longest and biggest dreams ever came to fruition (career wise). And it just came to me and all I had to do was say yes. I feel more bold and confident in general. At the end of the bottle I noticed a lot of heart/love stuff coming up again and it felt like that's the deeper layer and block that needs healing right now so I started taking IN LOVE.
